Touchndial may charge a fee to post Content in some areas of the Services. The fee is an access fee permitting Content to be posted in a designated area. Each party posting Content to the Services is responsible for said Content and compliance with these Terms. You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for all Content posted by you in the designated area as you are in control of your login information.

8.  that constitutes or contains "affiliate marketing," "link referral code," "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or unsolicited commercial advertisement;

   2. emailed to users who have not expressly indicated that they may be contacted about other services, products or commercial interests.

10.  that advertises any illegal service or the sale of any items the sale of which is prohibited or restricted by any applicable law in all jurisdictions where touchndial.com is available and can be accessed;
11.  that contains software viruses or computer contaminants (as defined in the Information Technology Act 2000 of India), files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

3.  harass anyone;

6.  post irrelevant, repeatedly post the same or similar Content or otherwise place load on our infrastructure which may be excessive;

9.  use any software application or hardware or any other device that enables the automatic submission of postings on Touchndial including without limitation, the use of any such automated posting device to submit postings in bulk, or for automatic submission of postings at regular intervals.
